You can collect your purchases at the Alexandra Matias Jewelry boutique, located at Rua Castilho 59B, 1250-068 Lisbon, Portugal. To do so, simply enter the boutique’s address as the delivery address.

Within 14 days of confirmation of the corresponding payment, you may cancel the order provided that you do not use the product and deliver the purchased product to Alexandra Matias Jewelry’s premises within that period.

To do so, you must contact Alexandra Matias Jewelry Customer Service to request a return authorization number, which must be included with the return.

The order cancellation will only take effect if the returned products are in the same condition as when they were delivered, that is, with no damage or wear of any kind.

If the ordered products have already been dispatched, Alexandra Matias Jewelry will refund the amount corresponding to the price paid once the customer returns the products, less shipping costs.

Engraved or modified items cannot be returned or exchanged.
