Shipping is free and depends on your delivery address. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping includes insurance.

Alexandra Matias Jewellery does not deliver to P.O. boxes or hotels.

You may collect your purchases from the Alexandra Matias Jewellery boutique, located at Rua Castilho 59B, 1250-068 Lisbon, Portugal. If you wish to do so, please enter our address as the delivery address or call Customer Services on +351 211 942 585 (call to a national landline network).

To send your purchases to more than one delivery address, you must place separate orders.

All items are carefully wrapped and placed in specially protected packaging for delivery.

If you wish to send a gift, please indicate that you would like it gift-wrapped and a card with a personalised message included.
